How do you do a silver border? I read a link that said to mix equal parts of nu silver and super pearl dusts and paint on with a soft brush. What is the border supposed to look like? Is the silver supposed to lie just on the tops of the ridges of the shells? When I added the everclear, the dusts just clumped on the brush and would not "paint" on the shells. It looked messy. icon_sad.gif The customer is not going to be happy but I don't know exactly what the end product is supposed to look like. icon_cry.gif

Painting shell borders would be very time consuming, and require a lot of paint. Both silver and pearl will blend with Everclear. Put a bit of the dust in a small container, add alcohol a drop at a time until you achieve 'paint'
