i said i wasn't gonna turn down any more wedding cakes....
so next week i got 5....
2 of them are pretty big.
i guess i'll have to turn down all the party cakes.
5 wedding cakes for the first weekend in March! That's fabulous! Let the little cakes go, and start investing in the wedding business!!! I take care of 4 function halls and not 1 of them have a wedding this weekend!!! 
Cool!! I am finding out that the wedding cakes are definately the way to go! I have to do 8-10 other cakes to make the $$ I make in ONE wedding cake! Good luck...you'll do just fine!

Turn away those party cakes and you will become more in demand and then you can raise your prices up on party cakes.

hey, you sound like me, i dont like saying no!! but theres a point where you have too. i think 6 is the most ive done too, for wedding cakes. that doesnt include sheet cakes. last sat. i had 4, but today i only have one.
