My friends are getting married next year and I offered todo their cake. We had our annual Christmas party the other night and I brought some samples for them-white chocolate cake with white chocolate icing and raspberry filling, carrot cake with crusting cream cheese icing from here with cream cheese pecan filling and chocolate chocolate chip cake with whipped ganache icing. I told them they had to tell me if there was anything they didn't like or wanted different but they LOVED everything-yeah me!! They also have a friend getting married in March and she wanted to hear what they thought after the tasting so I may get to do that wedding too!! I'm so happy everything turned out well!!

Thanks guys!! I am really excited to do the cake maybe cakes! I'm also looking forward to doing my sil baby shower cake in Feb. They are doing a stork theme so I'm going to try to make a baby in the stork pouch (is that what you'd call it?) on top of the cake in either fondant or gumpaste so she can keep it.
