I have the hand-molded figures. My overall reaction was "eh". You can find pictures of better figures here on CC.

I have the hand-molded figures too and had the same reaction as Kelleym.

I personally like the clay books, and I have found some great tutorials on the web for polymer clay. I just use fondant or GP instead.

Ihave the sculpting book, buttercream flowers, painting with cocoa butter (his wifes) figure piping, and airbrushing. They're not bad, the directions are a bit vague sometimes. the airbrushing one is good.

I recieved the cone figures for cake decorating for Christmas. Life has gotten in the way a bit, but I'm still intrigued with this and looking forward to trying out the technique.
Have you been able to look inside? PM me if you want to see anything in particular.

Like sassijen said, I bought a clay molding book at Micheal's and it has step by step pictures and what not in it. Better than some books I have seen for gumpaste and fondant molding books.
