Can anyone out there help me with this one????

Someone has asked me if I could make reptile cookies for their son goodie bags....
Has anyone done this before? I'm thinking snakes, lizzards, or I guess anything scaly? Their son is past the stage of cute snakes & I think he would get a much better kick out of scary or life like looking cookies...

HELP PLEASE

TIA

the first thing that come to mind is alligators and snakes. you could hand cut snakes using a pizza cutter and just make wavy cuts through your dough and cut them to size? then ice them like black/yellow? (sounds poisonous to me!) lol ummm...... maybe make a lobster cookie cutter look like a scorpion? i'm reaching here, i know...lol. trying to throw out suggestions!

geckos, snakes, lizzards, skinks, box turtles, monitors,...my teen and his friends have had these as pets...

do a google search for pics to see color patterns to use...you can still use basic cutters...snake...gator...lizzard...etc.

Ok so the google search didn't work... I can't find anyone who has decorated cookies that look like actual reptiles ie snakes, lizzard, alligator (meaning the scary ones or life like). I need to see one first before I can go ahead & do my own icon_redface.gif

JanH are you out there, any chance you can help??? Or anyone, I really don't know what else to type in for a search as every time I type reptile cookie I get all the "computer term" cookies icon_mad.gificon_mad.gificon_mad.gif

TIA

Well do want to do them with cutters or pictures? I could probably send you some pictures, but cutter-wise... that's a different story. Depends on how much you want to spend lol icon_smile.gif

Suggestions? Alligators, turtles, snakes, geckos, dragons, dinosaurs, etc.

I was looking for a snake cookie cutter for a birthday party, I contacted Simons about it and they said they were listing one on ebay next week, and I think they might have a reptile or two on their site. I know KitchenKrafts has dinosaurs on their website:
