i will be spending christmas with my family at a ski resort 3 hours from my house this year. i am hoping to bake some cupcakes and make some buttercream icing to bring up there. if the cupcakes and buttercream are made here at home, will there be any problems with the buttercream consistancy after i get up there? the only thing i'll be doing up there is the decorating (no baking or mixing or anything).
