I made the Chocolate Marshmallow Fondant for the first time tonight.... I love it!!! Tastes great!!! It says to let it sit overnight in plastic wrap and then in a zip lock bag, but do I store it in the fridge or leave it at room temp?

It does not need to be refrigerated. If it is too firm tomorrow, flatten it as best you can and zap it a few seconds in the microwave. remember, hot fondant can stick and burn so be careful when you start to knead it.

Just had to second that thought on HOT mmf. I was in too big a hurry to use my mmf last night, and nuked it for too long. I pulled it out of the microwave and gave myself a second degree burn. Just for future reference, it is hard to roll fondant with a big blister on your palm. icon_cry.gif
