What Is Mmf?

Ok, I saw a really nice cake in the photos and it said the figure on the cake was done in mmf. What is mmf?

It's marshmallow fondant. There is an article on how to make and use it on this website under the articles. I haven't tried it, but just about everyone who has, loves it.

Above is the link to the recipe and how to do it... I love working with MMF... Just do a practice cake with it ... the more you practice with it, the more you'll like it icon_smile.gif

If I practice with mmf on a practice cake can I remove it and try again doing something else with it?
