I have left overs from the cake I did this weekend because I had to cut a shape out of a sheet cake. I froze the cake last week, then made the cake this weekend. I know I've heard you aren't supposed to refreeze things like meat or chicken.... what about cake pieces?

I think you can freeze it again. I do it all the time & it is still so moist when I take it out of the freezer. Tastes just like it was just baked. I think cake balls are frozen again. Look for the cake balls post. It will give you a lot of info.~

And when you think about cake is not going to develop the same bacteria like meat or chicken can. Unless of course the cake comes in contact with meat or chicken icon_wink.gif
