LOL! Come and shovel my 120-foot gravel driveway once or twice and you'll never wish for snow again! It's shaping up to be a long, bad winter here...another storm is due in today.

I really miss the snow....I lived in Arkansas for 7 years before I moved to Oregon. Arkansas would have a week or two that was snowed in and we couldn't go to work. It was GREAT, but for the last 4 years I have been in Oregon and it has only snowed once for a few minutes. There will never be enough snow in Medford to justify a "snow day". Especially since I have 4 wheel drive.

I miss snow!!!! icon_rolleyes.gif

I can't imagine the holidays without snow! icon_cry.gif

We have 6 to 12 inches expected in the next 24 hours.

I hate the snow, with it comes cold and icy roads. We had our first big storm really early this year, they closed school for three days the begining of October. Since we are in North Dakota we get temps well below zero and the cars won't start if you don't plug them in.
It does look pretty if you don't have to go out in it though.

We don't get that much snow here.

Every seven years, we get a blizzard and that is not really big icon_cry.gif

It actually snowed in Houston for hours and hours on Christmas Eve of 2004. My first real snow! It was so beautiful. Really gorgeous.

It's forecasted to be 70 degrees here on Christmas this year. Ugh.
