Thanks for the tip! I haven't used the creamers in my cakes, but love it in my tea. I will have to find out what to do with them when it comes to baking.

I LOVE Coffeemate, and the Vanilla Cinnamon is my favorite... but I must admit, the White Chocolate Macadamia from International Delight is pretty darn good!
