I passed these out on top of candy towers and gift baskets and they were a BIG hit. I also made some spiced nuts and put them into a decoraters bag and then tied it off with ribbon which seemed to go over well. Some people thought the spiced nuts came from the mall since that's how they serve them also. Thanks CC for posting so many great ideas that wowed my DH's clients ![]()
Yes, this is one of the threads I was referring to! ![]()
I tried to find the other thread on cocoa cones to add the link, but was unsuccessful, sorry.
Here are pictures of cones made in different ways including Santa, reindeer and Christmas trees -

Thank you.
I have to say, these cocoa cones are amazing. Thanks again for posting them!! ![]()
I can't wait to make these to give to my girl scout troop. Thank you for sharing.
I was given this as a gift a few years ago. But as someone else mentioned before, the ingredients were in a a plastic bag and placed in a nice big Christmas mug. It also included crushed up candy canes instead of chocolate chips.. AND to really put it over the top, it also included a little individual serving size bottle of peppermint schnapps. ![]()
just curious- if you make these using cappuccino mix do you still add marshmallows? I'm not a coffee drinker at all, but I thought some people might like that instead of hot cocoa. What about chai tea mix? I did a search online for other flavor ideas and saw a few, but no recipes. I wanted to make these for my sons' teachers and my oldest son's nurses and therapists, then my husband asked me to make them for his coworkers. Guess I better go find me some coupons for Michael's and Hobby Lobby so I can get the bags! ![]()
