Can I use regular milk rather then whipping cream? I don't have any whipping cream on hand and don't want to go to the store today. TIA! Amber

not that I am aware of either. I would think that you might have to go to the store for the whipping cream. Sorry. I hate making multiple trips to the store as well. Well worth it though. I just made ganache over the weekend for a grooms cake and it was delicious.
