I came across this website a couple weeks ago and I am absolutely hooked!

My grandmother was the "Cake Lady" in our community and passed away just over a year ago. I had never decorated any cakes because that was her touch to our special occassions. I wish that I wouldn't have taken that for granted and sat down and watched her or had her teach me all of her tricks.

I have learned SO much from this website and everyone seems so incredibly helpful. I look forward to learning so much more!

Hi,.. I'm Paula I'm addicted to CC too. I have to have my CC fix at least once or twice a day.... Ok as often as I can get it!! ( Ha ha ha,... couldn't resist! I'm a little slap happy tonight! icon_biggrin.gif )

I knew i'd been warned but i didn't think i would actually be addicted. I too spend countless hours browsing this site. Funny thing is, i only decorate cakes a few times a year mostly just for my family and i always swear each cake will be my last. This is such an inspiring site! My hubby thinks i'm crazy and just rolls his eyes when he sees me browsing CC two or three times a day. icon_biggrin.gif

Welcome to CakeCentral......it is very much an addiction! I was speaking with Jenn1977 earlier today and she mentioned her hubbie calls it "CrackCentral" because it's so addictive! Funny!
