If you want shiny, use Toba Garret's recipe for glace icing. I have made it with water and with milk, and they both dry the same. It also tastes good too!
Well, then does anyone know how to make royal icing that stays shiny when dry?
what about using wiltions color flow instead of merigue powder, that is supposed to dry shinny.
