Since all of us say how addicting CC is, I wanted to know about how long each of you spend on here. I'll start.

I probably spend about 3-5 hours a day on here, if not more.

I will second that----3+ hrs a day. Even MORE if I'm searching boards or pictures for a cake idea!!!!
What is it about this place that makes us wild!?!

Sometimes I say to myself that I'm just going to go on to check on the threads I've replied to and then that ends up taking a good chunk of my morning!

I think I have left imprints in this chair!!! I am here waaaaaaay to much!!!

Well I have an easy job, so I would say I spend 4 hours of my work day here, and then I go home and spend anohter hour or 2 here. HHmmmm do I need a support group or what?

ME I would say 2-3 hours a day !!

I check my e-mail.... check what post I am watching and then I go to forum index and then I hit view post since last visit and I never miss a post that way !! I go to the home page only after this and look at the photos and then hit last uplaod's

SO YES I AM VERY HOOKED !!!

I love that everyone is so willing to share and soo caring .....I really love being a apart of CC !!!

I spend almost the whole day on here. My job is boring and doesn't have much activity so I check all day long!!! I then go home (2 miles away) and the first thing I do is turn on my computer and make sure I haven't missed any more posts!!!

I might need that support group next!!

I haven't timed myself. I do it for a bit, get up, clean up, take care of the baby, and then check back and see what topics and pics are up...

What's that saying .... "The pot calling the kettle black!" Seems like everytime I'm on here - I see Squirrelly Cakes, too. I think its time for an intervention!!!!

This site is addictive. I spend atleast 2-3 hours a day or more. Too many cute ideas, great advice and nice people.

OH my...it's finally time where we actually count uo how long we're on here...literally all day...my job involves lots of free time,so i'd say 3-4 hrs at work and then when i get home i'm back on 1 or 2 hrs...i'm definately hooked

Hhmn, well you know, I didn't want to say anything, but since you brought it up, you and Lisa are just so hard to keep an eye on and it is so much work for me monitoring the monitors that really have, shall we say, out-of-control addictions. But you know, someone has to be a martyr here and left to your own devices, well, it could only get worse...So, just call me "Squirrelly Martyr"!

I'm pretty new to the site ..but definitely classify for the "addict" lable... I work from home from 9:00 to 2:00 the whole time between calls or while I'm on the phone with a client or on hold .. I'm checking ..and looking ... and checking some more ... the other day I had a hectic day and before I went to bed I thought to myself ..oh! I forgot to check cake central

I also forgot to mention the other night I baked 48 soccer cupcakes for my daughter's team and stayed up until 3:30 in the morning ... for me that is huge ... I would read about people staying up all night decorating and would think .. they are NUTS!!! I would never do that!!!.... but I did and now I'm one of the NUTS ..... the good news is I'm not alone...lol

I don't even log off I do about 5 hrs. a day and then about 3 hrs at night.

Even when I'm doing a cake, I have to stop to come and check to see what is going on every few mins. In my head I'm saying to myself that I should be in the kitchen working on that cake but I just don't want to leave CC

I try really hard not to be here very long. I'm already addicted to 2 non-cake related message boards. I don't want to add another

I check the last upload gallery 3 to 4 times a day so not to miss a new cake. Rarely miss a day and I'm in for 2 to 3 hours a night, fast 7a.m. check before shower and work, and fast lunch hour check.
Here's the best part, I was fussing at my DH for watching to much TV (sport fanatic) cause I wanted help with cooking or cleaning, his reply, "Well you look at cakes for 3 hours a night, why don't you turn that da## thing off and come to bed with me." and touche`. So now I try to look when he's not around, if I hear him coming I click out to Quicken so I look like I'm doing the bills Oh yes!, that's a sure sign of addiction.
Here's my last sure sign! I barrowed DH cell phone, cause mine was dead when I went to DD game last week. His phone is Blackberry (I call it Crackberry, cause he's addicted to it ) So there I was at the ball game on the bleachers surfing CC . Oh, like I have room to fuss about his sports or crackberry. So yes, I'm addicted, but look- I don't drink, look at porn, cheat, pick my nose, or do drugs (I do smoke but going to quit again for new years, 10 years runningI've quit for new years
. It's going to work one of these years.) so if looking at CC is as bad as it gets, then who cares, I'm behavin so let me be!
