Do you need this sign to stand up or to lie flat on the cake?

I have a tag cookie cutter and used it on 50/50 gumpaste/fondant the used my cookie cutter for alpha message. You could also use the Wilton pens after the tag dries.

Sounds like a great idea. I will have to try it. Has anyone ever made one out of white chocolate?

I have made regular chocolate modeling chocolate, there is a recipe in Toba's book, it's painstaking but I got it done.

this is a site in CA with lots of ideas for signs on their mini-cakes, obviously all must be made with gumpaste or a gumpaste/fondant mix?

www.justfab.com and I think this site has some signs also www.confetticakes.com
