To Eat No Fail Sugar Cookie Dough??
(raw)
I just made my first batch today, and I think my husband, son, and I ate more of it than I baked... Anyone else, or am I the only one?? ![]()
I love it raw. I like it cooked. But, I just love the way the butter and sugar tastes together in the raw dough!! YUM ![]()
Ohhhhhhh, so that's what NFSC stands for?!?! I was wondering! Is the recipe posted here on CC??

It's in the recipe section under No Fail Sugar Cookies. Best sugar cookies ever. So, easy to make too!
Isn't it awesome? My boys are famous for hovering and asking, do you have to use that piece of dough to cut out more shapes? It was SO hard to tell myself and the boys that I still needed to cut out 5 more hearts...
forget it...we'll just hope the other ones come out OK. This little chunk of dough was just for backup cookies in case of breaking or icing problems. Who am I to deprive my children of this experience? And of course I have to check the dough to make sure it is OK to eat - it's my duty!
YUMMO!!!! My husband is worse than the kids though. He'll put it on other cookies and eat it that way.
I love sugar cookie dough. I have a question though. I gave up eatting cookies for Lent. Does that include the raw dough in your opinions?
My mom always told me I'd get sick, but I still eat it raw. The kids too!
I just love cookie dough. I love chocolate chip cookie dough and I make a square that is called butter cake (it is a dutch recipe) and there is almond extract in it and it is just so good plus when I make it for company everybody loves them, cooked that is!!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE cookie dough!!! It is one of my very guilty pleasures. Oatmeal and sugar cookie doughs are my favorite. OK, now I'm hungry for cookie dough ... ![]()
I am not actually Catholic. I am doing Lent to support my Catholic friend who is giving up McDonalds. trust me she needs the assurance that someone else is going through the same thing. Thanks anyways gals. I am glad to know that the dough stays.
