Hi I am going to be doing a crusted buttercream icing cake with luster dust on the buttercream and then I will be freezing the cake for a couple of weeks. What will happen to the luster does when the cake is defrosting? Has anyone ever done this before? Jen

I am not touching this subject with a 10 foot pole. Double bump and hide for me on this issue... icon_smile.gif

Freezing the luster dust should not be a problem, as long as it is the Cakecentral.com brand.

Our luster dusts can be frozen or baked.
