Does anyone know another website to find all those cool specialty decorating tips, like the ones here on CC?? I'm looking for #86, #353, #100 and #340 in particular. Does anyone have a website they can recommend? I'd love to buy from CC but they are all out of stock. icon_rolleyes.gif

Be careful ordering from sugar craft. I had to order some shape pans because they were the only one who had them. They arrived very damaged, the pans:

1) a long loaf pan was significantly dented on one corner, which WOULD affect the out come of the cake.

2) a guitar shape, the body of the guitar was so misshapen that it would not have made a guitar shape.

3) Several single serving dinosaur pans, 3 out of 8 were rusted as if they had been used.

I emailed customer service, you do not get a phone number on your invoice or the website. The first 3 emails went unanswered. Finally I received a response, they told me I would have to file a claim with USP. I explained the boxes were fine, there was no outside damage to the cartons and that this was something that happened in the warehouse.

They told me their policy was no returns or refunds on cake pans. I told them. I had been emailing them for a month, starting the day I received shipment and that there should be exception to policy for damaged goods.

To try to make a long story short after 25 emails on my parts. A visit from UPS. And 4 months later, I received a partial refund.

I personally would not do business with them, however, if you do not have a shop in your town where you can get the tips you need and they are out of stock here then I guess your hands are tied.

Here is a place I buy from. It is a rather obscure site, however, they have some neat items in addition to tips they have deviated disposable icing bags. I love those things for kids cakes.

I too have ordered from sugarcraft.com several times and have had no problem.

How the bent pans order was handled is not cool though. It surprises me she handled it this way. However, I would not hesitate to order tips from her or anything else that couldn't be damaged easily.
Sorry about your pan ordeal. That would make anyone shy away!
