Ok here's a question for you, bakery owners.
I have a catalog of product that I can order from, and there's 2 brands of fondant in it. But I don't know those brands. the price is good: around 40$ for 40 pounds, but there's no small buckets, only those large. So I want to know if any of you knows those brands?
Bakemark
Brillance
They have regualr fondant, soft fondant. The Brillance one has 3 flavors, maple, vanilla and chocolate. I tried to Google them but haven't found anything, or maybe I don't do the search right.

thanks a lot!!!

I use the Decorice by Dawn foods as well. I am in Calgary and buy it from a local hobby shop in a big bucket.

I've checked both websites and I couldn't much info. just a little.
But I have an old catalog, I'll have to check in the new one for that deccorice fondant.

Does it work well? can you make flowers and other stuff like with MMF?
thanks for all the info icon_smile.gif

Hey Kiddie! Yes, I buy from PM Hobby too. I like to buy stuff there rather than Michaels if I can help it. I like that they are getting more gumpaste flower supplies lately.
