We have a certified kitchen!! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif BOH inspector came yesterday and we have the certificate!!! Country Kitchen Creations is now official. I can't wait to make my first official cake- now I wish I had an order for this weekend. I think I'll have to just bake something for the family to enjoy.

Thanks to everyone who offered support during this process.

Thanks everyone! Ironically, my daughter's friend (she's only 11) called this morning and very sweetly asked if she could come over and have me help her make a b'day cake for her mom. How could I refuse?? So, the oven gets used but she will be doing all of the decorating. It's fun to bake with kids- they are outside playing in the giagantic snow banks while the cake cools. Can't wait ti see what she comes up with.
