I am working on covering my cake for tomorrow. I am covering the cakes with chocolate clay! I need to put them in the fridge for the overnight. How soon should I put the cakes out to bring the chocolate to room temp? The filling inside is the cheesecake mousse made with whipping cream. Also How do I get the crisco look off my clay? Thank you Megan
