I ordered a small container of white chocolate fondant at the request of a friend who said she wanted to try it. Has anyone used this and if so, what cake flavors work best with it? It smells really sweet.

I used some on a dark chocolate cake, filling, but just a thin crumbcoat.

It is sweet, but most fondant it.

I like white chocolate fondant with white or yellow cake with lemon or
raspberry filling. My favorite is with red velvet cake.
