I was browsing at Michael's (dangerous) and I found molds for clay. They're flexible rubber/silicone so you mold the clay and then pop them out. I got some and they work GREAT for fondant! Wahoo!! I got letters, people, and foods- I think they were 3.99 each set.

They're for Sculpey and other plasticine kind of clay. I haven't gotten any of the molds, but I bought a box of the mold-maker so I can make my own.

Aren't those great?! I also bought a couple of clay making books too! Better ideas that you can find for making fondant things!

I found these just the other day and told my husband I want several of them for Christmas. Along with the books, and a pasta machine.

I bought the clay push molds that make teddy bears and people. They're so detailed and cute! I can't wait to use them.

I have a pretty good collection of clay molds, texture sheets and tools for working with fondant. I use clay books too. Before local stores started carrying fondant items and before I discovered the internet I found whatever I could to experiment with. A lot of the time the clay "stuff" is less expensive too.

I found these several months back but have only purchased the impression mats so far. The clay molds look awesome and I totally thought of using them for fondant. Glad to know they work well.

Plus Michael's always has 40% or 50% off coupons so that's a bonus!
