Gross!!! Flour Beetles Everywhere!

I always keep my flour in the freezer and I have never had any problems using it cold and I like to bake.
This isn't the only "issue" with this grocery store - the whole place is a dump. It didn't used to be that way a few years ago. The problem is, they're the only grocery store in our town and the population here is mostly elderly, so they can't really go to the next town to do their shopping. The prices are higher, and the store is gross. It makes me so mad because our town is such a nice place.
I had flour beetles once when I was a new wife. They came from a packet of instant oatmeal and I had to clean the whole kitchen with bleach, use drain cleaner, take out the drawers, etc... Sooooo gross. It took forever to even find where they were coming from! But I was a dumb newlywed - this is a place of business.
Hopefully the health department can get them to turn it around.
my mom had these recently. then about a week later she said she had two bags of flour that she wasn't going to use, so she gave it to me. Umm...yuck. The flour made a quick stop in my trash before it ever got to my kitchen. It was in a different cabinet than her 'hatched' flour, but why take the risk??
