Is it possible to get rid of the seams on the bottom of each tier of a fondant cake. I keep seeing them being hidden by icing, but is there a way to just make them invisible?

You can tuck them under or get the fondant to the right consistency and width so that your cut is even...

I'm not an expert, but that's what I've learned thus far.

Good luck.

you could try covering the top first meaning put the cake upside down on the fondant then bring the side up and over lap the bottom of the cake. Put the correct board for the cake on the bottom and turn the cake over. This ensures a very flat top for your decorating.
