I have to do a white cake with buttercream frosting but the filling is going to be cool whip with pieces of mandaring orange. I the cake is for Sunday but I want to make it on Thursday.....do you think it will still be good on Sunday and do you think I should freeze it.....will the filling still be good if I do freeze it? Please help Thanks Jen
