I tried to enter the website and it asked me to register. Wouldn't let me look at any articles.

Which is a real pain. If you want to register you can and in each article there are directions on how to make things with cake and sugar, like purses, fondant items, etc. Let me see if I can figure something else out.

I've been a registered member of Modern Baking for quite a while. It's a great resource for bakery professional. Lots of articles...business info, cake decorating techniques, trends and recipes. My only complaint is that the pics in the articles are sometimes too small and fuzzy. Other than that, great site!

Yep...they don't send any spam either. I've never gotten a single email from them. Free memberships expire after a year but you just have to update your info to get back in again.

I'm glad they don't send any spam. I know that's why some people wouldn't want to register. You never know what they are going to send.

Yes it was a concern when I first registered because they do ask for a lot of info.
