My twins sons will celebrate their 3rd birthday in Dec and I'm thinking about a Blues Clues party, since this is their newest obsession.
Has anyone ever done (or seen) a 3-d Blue cake? Do you think I could make one out of the 3-d or stand-up (or whatever it's called - I'm having a brain freeze at the moment) bear pan?
If it's possible to do it, then I would set Blue on top of a 10 inch round, since the cake will have to feed about 30 people.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
I've seen a few 3-D Cliffords. Maybe you could use them as a guide.

Do a google search for 'blues clues cake' and look at the images. There are quite a few of them out there. I think the stand-up 3-D will be challenge however I saw some that were lying down but still 3-D.
Good luck!
I've done a 3d Scooby. I found the directions for a 3d dog online and made it to look like Scooby. Do a google image search to see if you can find one that looks like Blue.
In the one I did, you use the wonder mold to make the head and the rump. Then you use a round to do the body, and I used scraps to make the feet. I did my ears out of fondant, but you can always do them with cookies too.
I made a 3d blues clues here is where you can find it.
if you would like the directions along with some step by step pictures.
