has anyone ever had problems with their frosting. i feel like i'm just beginning in cake decorating. my frosting isn't as smooth as before.
when i spread it, it looks like it has holes...and i've been making it by heart, not having to measure, maybe i should go back to that?!

I have the same problem. I know that I have too much air in it and I have tried to stir it and it still doesn't work. I wish I knew what worked too.
