Backyard Picnic Wedding
I did this cake for a family friend for her wedding. The ceremony was along the river and the reception was a picnic theme. Bride, groom and little girl ants were made out of modeling chocolate. Picnic basket was vanilla with vanilla BC filling and "table" was chocolate with vanilla BC.

Crawfish Boil
Thanks so much to Scrumptious Creations and the rest of CC cakes for the huge help in coming up with a cool design to try on this cake. This was 4- 9 inch layers with BC.. All done in fondant and gumpaste. Label on Tabasco bottle is edible image. Corn was made out of fondant. I individually rollled little balls to create the look. Crawfish was a mold that I trimmed and molded with my hands. Cake board is fondant covered. I learned really quick that I next time to used larger squares and to start in one spot. Enjoy! This cake was a huge hit at my cousin's annual crawfish boil in Louisiana.

Oval Shape 3 Tier Wedding Cake
Cake was covered with buttercream icing. Bottom tier, lemon poppy seed; middle tier, almond poppy seed; top tier, Italian creme with roast pecans. This was the fartherest I've ever transported a cake for a wedding (over 100 miles). Fresh Gerber daisies and baby's breath between tiers.

Engagement Cupcakes
Vanilla, strawberry and lemon cupcakes. Covered in IMBC. Top cake is a choc mud covered in fondx. Each cupcake has matching colored cachous (dragees) and one royal icing flower. The cake stand is glass. I ordered the glass circles from my (ex) brother in law and the separators are candle holders from Ikea. The base is a floating candle bowl. I stuck the candle holders to each glass piece with silicone. Each glass circle can be used on it's own as a cake stand. I will try it when i get it back from the cust.

Book Cakes With Precious Moments
These are cakes I made for my girls last day of religious education classes for this year. They are both FBCT's and are pretty much the same. The first one I didn't think to spray the sky and grass till after I had the transfer on there, which is why it's a tad more on the messy side. The girls are totally happy with them though, and that's all that counts, right?
