I made this for a friend of mine. She saw a cake made by CC'er aepearson and loved it! Thanks for letting me use your idea! I used patticakesnc's chocolate cake recipe. (It's delicious!) Choc cake, caramel filling, ganache over boobs, b/c for the belly, chocolate fondant. My friend was diagnosed with breast cancer in august, had a double mastectomy, then a few weeks later found out she was preganant! She just finished chemo and is looking forward to her new baby girl!
