I know you all know this, but it's probably a seperate supported frame with wheels and she just stands in the center... not touching any of the cake physically.

Aside from all the other reasons NOT to have a cake like this, I was wondering why it wasn't decorated. The frosting looks like it was just spackled on. I guess there isn't a whole lot of time left to decorate once the checkerboard cake and all that frosting was applied. How does the bride get out of that if she has to leave? What a horrible idea.

that is so gross.........what if she has gas from nerves or something?? I'm SO NOT eating that cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YUCK I mean people complain about cigarette smoke "flavoring" the cake........imagine having a PERSON in the cake.....................*vomit*......oh sorry! lol

Well, you, Kerry Vincent, any other judges that happen to be at her competitions, and well... 98% plus of all the viewers.

Although I would loved to have seen her pull off that bridge on it's end creation she tried. If it weren't for spending 7 hours covering the strings w/ seaweed, I'll bet she could've done something really worth talking about.

Um... I also meant to say "and me".

I honestly can't imagine how she stays in business. I can't remember if they've ever shown pictures of cakes she's created outside of competition. I hope they're on a different level, but if they're all like the ones she creates in competition, who would ever buy one? Then again... if they were all that bad, why in the world would Food Network ever have put her into the competitions at all?

Okay, so no... I checked out her website and saw nothing to be impressed by. Darn... I so wanted there to be something wacky but amazing to give me reason to think it was just the time pressure of competitions. Bummer.
