Does anyone have a recipe for a raspberyy chantilly filling or some pointers for which direction to go? I'm making a wedding cake for a friend, and she asked for this --- I've never even heard of this before.

THANKS!!!!

If you google chantilly cream you come up with recipes that are basically sweetened whipped cream or creme fraiche, so maybe you could just fold some raspberry jam or filling into some whipped cream? maybe someone else will know more icon_smile.gif

Like thecakebox said Chantilly Cream is cream and sugar whiped up where vanilla can be added for flavor.

If someone want Raspberry Chantilly Cream it means they want raspberry flavored whipping cream. Unless someone has started a new product or flavor.

IMHO, I would use some type of raspberry oil a few drops before you start to whip up the whip cream. To make sure it does not break up the cream if you do it later on.

HTH

Good Luck.
