Can I freeze a cake decorated with fondant!

Welcome to cake centra. You can freeze it if you must. You need to be aware of possible condensation when you thaw the cake. If you don't have bright colors that will bleed, the condensation will evaporate fine

I can't remember where the thread was, but someone actually did a test on this. They wrapped it really well, and then when they thawed it they put a fan on it which kept it from having such a bad condensation problem. They said it was as fresh tasting and looking as the day they froze it! You can do a search in the forums and you may be able to find it. I wouldn't put any flowers or decorations like that on it, but you could do the basic stuff.

I thought you could not refrigerate or freeze fondant?
