Small Batch Mmf Recipe??!!??

Does anyone have that recipe for the small batch of MMF? I need it quick.........if you do......thank you so much for saving my butt.

I can't say it was a small batch, but I just 1/2 the recipe on here and it worked out fine. Good luck!

That makes perfect sense.....thank you. I just remember someone posting a while back a mini recipe but half the recipe will be just fine. Thank you!!

Just because it's handy, here's the mini-recipe.

1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 Tablespoon water
a drop of flavoring
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar

I have been decorating for a while, and think I now what I am doing, but please What is MMF?

MMF is MarshMallow Fondant. Easy to make, easy to use, and tastes better (at least according to most accounts) than the store-bought stuff.

Thanks......I'm done with cake already but still very handy for the next time.

MMF tastes way better than regular fondant. I still use fondant when I need things to dry real hard but MMF is so easy to make and use and the results are usually pretty good.
