Does anyone know where I can find the cookie cutter that makes that beautiful wedding cake cookie in the Flour Pot book. That is my favorite cookie and I have never seen that cookie cutter. Thanks for your help.

I believe they are custom made. You can get a kit and make one of your own. Beryls has the kit.

You could just make a template until you get the cookie cutter.

Yes, I agree...you could either purchase the kit to make your own....or just cut a template from a thin piece of cardboard (like a cereal box) and use an X-Acto blade to cut it out....since it's straight-sided it would be very easy...unless you have TONS of them to make!

there are TWO tiered cake cookies in that book... this is one of them,i believe...
i also dont see why you could get a simple one like thi one or a copper on that is tiered and bend it to make it more whimsicl like the other one...

often I use the clear stencil mylar sheets from Michael's, cost about $2 and cut out templates with an x-acto or even scissors. Then when I decide I like the design, I use either copper or aluminum flashing and use the template to form the design around?

you can buy aluminum flashing at most hardware stores and it's thin enough to cut with industrial or kitchen scissors into strips for cutters, much cheaper than buying premade cutter rolls from suppliers if you don't mind the extra work which is minimal.

Hello eromero

I order most of my cookie cutters from:

http://www.goldaskitchen.com

(just type cookie cutters in the search box)
I have their 3 tierd cake with a heart on top.

check it out, they have a huge selection, and not expensive.

Ciao
