What type of sugar is used? Granulated, confectioner's,...?
Does this get nice and thick? Also, I guess I could substitute any flavor pudding and coffee creamer to change up the flavor??? Sounds delicious.

Thanks so much for the idea! It really thickened up while sitting in the fridge. Exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't find the mint truffle creamer so I bought peppermint mocha flavored. I actually think you could leave out the sugar and it would still be great.
