I was worried about getting just the right colour for the flesh for this cake but I was really pleased with the outcome

ivory fondant/sugar paste

chocolate fondant/sugar paste
Directions
just knead them together until they combine into a perfect colour
You can also use some Americolor Copper. I know that sounds a little far fetched, but I used it to make the fireman in my photo album and now use it faithfully for my flesh tone.
