This is so easy, light and great for summer or any time.
Non Dairy Whipped Frosting (Great on wedding cakes)
- 1 # container of Non Dairy Whipped Topping
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 small pkg of vanilla or white chocolate instant pudding mix
- Mix the 3 ingredients together and ice your cake. I’ve left out the pineapple and added chocolate pudding to use on my chocolate cakes. Melt some chocolate chips with a few drops of oil in the micro-wave, pour in a small sandwich baggie, cut the tip off the corner and swirl chocolate all over the iced cake.
