It was my B-day couple weeks ago and since I was turning 30 I decided to make my own cake. I thought of my own flavor and design and this is what I came up with. Inside cake was fudge chocolate cake (very rich) with chocolate mousse filling. I make my own mousse and the cake is covered in MMF. Numbers were done using color flow paste. I also sprayed the cake with few drops of Baileys. It tasted like chocolate truffles. It was sooo good....and gone in less than a day!
