Purple Daisy Wedding
This is a 14/10/6 tiered cake. Bottom tier is a carrot cake with cream cheese icing, the middle is a white almond cake with BC icing and the top is a strawberry cake with BC icing. The daisies are made out of fondant. This was a bit of a pain trying to get the color to match between the BC and cream cheese icing, but I think I did okay.
