I am interested in your bow technique. I want to make a similar cake for my mother, however, I am a beginner, and never worked with Fondant. Any suggestion / tips would be appreciated.
Thanks for all our great feedback. The bottom tier is 10", the top 2 tiers are 6". Trial and error on the bows. My first bows looked straight from a horror movie but with practice they come around. It's just that balance of not too thin and not too thick on the MMF. I dry the loops on fat wood dowels until dry and then use RI to glue them together. I would suggest looking at the instructions posted her on this wonderful site. They really helped me.
