Eight layers of peppermint choc mud cake goodness made up this gorgeous cake! The swiss meringue buttercream had a minty tang as well and I put crushed up peppermint crisps in between each layer. The fresh flowers were mostly orchids and a florist I most definitely am not! Love this cake.
