Dotted Swiss Monogram

Buttercream with fondant bow. I used an overhead projector to shine the monogram on the side of the cake and traced it with chocolate icing.

You did well! I can never do the swiss dot thing, mine always look to placed. You however pulled it off with flair. Nice job on monogram.

After staring for quite a long time, I finally saw the dot pattern. Your placement makes it look so random in a casual/elegant look .... excellent job!!

I use the "pat it with any thing that will make it smooth" method! Parchment, hand, fondant smoother, rolling pin, Viva. You name it...I use it!
