This was my first attempt at a ruffle rose cake and I think I'm in love! The cakes were 6", 8", 10" and an extended height 12" so it was massive - I bumped up the height of the 12" so I could add more ruffles. We left the middle two tiers white with just a little silver bling to fit the reception colour scheme - the dusty pink matched the bridesmaids' dresses. I've heard the cake was enjoyed which is awesome!
