This is a surprise birthday cake for my daughter. The cake is a moist chocolate cake covered with chocolate ganache, which I then covered with rolled fodant. Didn't have time to make a bow from fondant, so just put bow on top. The cake is sitting on a cake board covered with rolled fondant with a marble effect.
