This is a cake I made for my friends daughter who loves dogs, and was having her birthday party at the SPCA. The cake was chocolate quinoa cake ( had to be gluten free) with chocolate ganache filling, iced in vanilla buttercream. All the dogs and decorations were made from gum paste and fondant. She was very happy with her cake.
