This cake was for a 10 year old girls birthday. I sculpted a 4 layer-yellow cake, with vanilla and chocolate buttercream filling. The outside is homemade fondant. The waves are white and blue buttercream mixed in the bag and piped with a M1 tip. The seashells are chocolate molds, I melted white and milk chocolate and mixed to marbleize. The eyes and rope are fondant while the flowers are gumpaste.
